Our dishes are made with quality ingredients from specialist suppliers across the UK and Europe. We are also proud to say that we equally embrace local suppliers who specialise in organic, free range, home produced products. Our Head Chef has a dedicated kitchen brigade behind him, and with the support of the Restaurant Manager and her team, they will meet your every need.
And it’s food that everyone can enjoy. We aim to make our restaurant democratic. You don’t have to spend a fortune with us but, if you want to eat at the fillet steak end of the scale, that’s also fine. Eating out is about enjoying food that we’ve enjoyed creating.
The emphasis is on creating simple but imaginative dishes where there’s a respect for the ingredients. But the ingredients - fresh, seasonal - rule the kitchen. No fancy tricks, just good, honest flavour. Ultimately, it’s food to satisfy not titillate.
Their aim is to produce exciting and mouth watering dishes for a seasonal a la carte menu, augmented with the more exotic and unusual daily specials designed to challenge your perceptions and open your mind to new tastes and flavours.
